4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before bonus funds become withdrawable, a wager of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be completed. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Abuse of the bonus system — such as arbitrage betting, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or deliberately attempting to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 Promotion Changes

cvo999's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback

• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

5.1 VIP Tier Changes

VIP tiers are upgraded based on regular and active participation. cvo999 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time, and decisions on VIP tier assignment are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Using the platform as a means of money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Gaming through bots, scripts, or automated software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors

In the event of any of the above violations, cvo999 may immediately cancel the account and seize the associated funds.

8.2 Gaming Losses
